How Amanda helps
Being understood is the foundation of therapy. Meaningful change often comes from being thoughtfully challenged.
Understanding patterns
We trace where your reactions come from: the experiences, beliefs, and relationships that shaped them, so the way you respond finally makes sense.
Attachment-based exploration
How you learned to connect, trust, and protect yourself early on still shapes your relationships today. Naming it is what makes it changeable.
Anxiety that eases
Practical strategies for rumination, worry, and avoidance, paired with the deeper work of understanding what the anxiety has been guarding.
Change that holds
Insight alone rarely creates change. Sessions move between reflection and action so new ways of relating take root in your actual life.

About Amanda
A therapist who understands the pressure of building a life in New York.
Before becoming a therapist, Amanda spent years working in corporate America. That experience deeply informs her clinical work and allows her to uniquely understand the emotional impact of ambition, achievement, career pressure, and the experience of being a young professional in New York.
Her clients often describe her as warm, direct, and genuinely curious. Someone who really understands them, and who will also gently ask the question they've been avoiding.
"The truest form of confidence and peace comes from understanding and accepting your authentic self."
Specialties
Where the work often begins
Anxiety
Why can't I stop overthinking everything? Anxiety rarely announces itself. It shows up as the replayed conversation, the email you reread four times, the hum that keeps you awake at 2am.
Explore →Relationships
Why do my relationships keep following the same pattern? Usually because the pattern is older than the relationship you are currently in.
Explore →Breakups & Divorce
The end of a relationship can bring up questions about identity, attachment, and the future.
Explore →Burnout & Career Stress
